Institute Research for Climate Change, Can Tho University (MekongNet Operating Unit) held a meeting on 11th July 2012 at the meeting room of the College of Environment and Natural Resources to report activities and discuss of organizational structure and action plan for the period 2012-2013 of the MekongNet network.
Participation in the meeting included all the members of MekongNet in the Mekong delta and representatives of WARECOD project. The meeting has been started with an integrated report of MekongNet’s activities and current projects implemented by its members in the Mekong delta. In the meeting, all the members of the MekongNet have tirelessly discussed and fully agreed on its organizational structure and permanent members as well as an action plan for the period 2012-2013.
Finally, the meeting took place successfully and significantly contributes to strengthening of the MekongNet in environmental protection and sustainable development under changing of climate in the Mekong delta.
