The Research Institute for Climate Change (DRAGON-Mekong Institute) - Can Tho University in collaboration with Arcadis organization (Netherlands) under the sponsorship of the Netherlands Enterprise Agency will organize an online seminar " Governance on Land Subsidence and Groundwater Management in the Mekong Delta”.
