The project aims to identify appropriate policies, strategies and planning for water resources management in Can Tho City in the context of changing water resources under the impact of climate change and economic development and build the network of partners to seek potential cooperation in the effective management of water resources in the future.

- Identify a decision-making tool (RDS) with a focus on the concept of XLRM for water resources management.
- Through data collection, complete development of multi-agent model to support the decision-making process, thereby offering different scenarios related to water resources management and planning. From there, propose appropriate policies and strategies on the management of water resources for Can Tho City

- Organize seminars to identify stakeholders and database elements for multi-agent modeling to support decision-making processes related to water management.

Results
- Research has demonstrated that the System Dynamic approach is an effective tool to assist decision makers in urban water management through Vensim software. The simulation results, the scripting process to the method of presenting the results are a very important factor for the user to easily reference.
- The evaluation of the solutions is based on scenarios built from fickle factors (X), solutions (L) and using SWMM (R) model for simulation. After the simulation, evaluation criteria (M) for flooding, water quality and investment costs were recorded and analyzed.
- The RDS method focusing on the concept of X, L, R, M in the study is feasible, contributing to providing a solution to the difficulties in the management of water resources, so it should be considered and applied to Other regions or cities have similar conditions.
