The project aims to develop of organization and people to plan and seek sources of capital for sustainable water supply program to respond to climate change 2050.

- Can Tho water supply and drainage JSC (CANTHOWASSCO)

- Can Tho 2 water supply and drainage JSC (CANTHO2WASSCO)

- Hau Giang urban Water Supply and Drainage System JSC (HAWASUCO)

- Soc Trang Water Supply JSC (SOCTRANGWACO)

Time: From 2019 to 2021

Location: Can Tho city, Soc Trang province and Hau Giang province

 Objectives:

  1. Development of organization and people:

- Capacity building

- Leadership and accountability

- Improve organizational structure

- Comprehensive analysis and method of implementation

- Full-time coordinator for poor areas

  1. Improve basic activities in water supply

- Reducing water without revenue

- Property management program

- Manage water quality and predict water quality

- Expanding the network - for the poor

  1. Planning and finding sources of capital for sustainable water supply

- Water supply program to respond to climate change 2050

- Proposal for investment

- Vision and strategy: for the poor

- Existing business plans are reviewed and improved, synchronized with:

+ Sustainable water supply plan to respond to climate change

+ Long-term investment plan

+ Strategy for the poor

+ Plans to reduce water without revenue

+ Property management program

+ Organizational development plan
