On December, 7th 2015, a seminar on Land filtration of ground water treatment held at Can Tho University. Participants of the seminar were mainly staffs and students of the College of Environment and Natural Resources, Can Tho University.

This activity is within the framework of the project of Climate change and Water supply in the Vietnamese Mekong Delta, which is under the cooperation program between Research Institute for Climate Change and Vitens Evides International (VEI) Company, one of the most famous organization about water supply in the Netherlands.

Mr. Jacques van Paassen, a VEI’s water treatment expert, presented experiments of ground water treatment by sand filtration in the Netherlands.

The seminar has received the great attention of the participants.
