On November 14, 2020, at the Research Institute for Climate Change (DRAGON-Mekong Institute-CTU), the Board of Director and lectures of other Colleges welcomed Mr. Robert Bissett, the Political Counsellor of Embassy of Canada to Vietnam.

The two sides shared their concerns and discussed on the impact of hydropower constructions of the Mekong river upstream on the environment, food security and water security of the Vietnamese Mekong Delta and other relevant issues.
